Individual sessions are a continuation in the counselling process.
Having attended an introductory session clients continue on in the
counselling process with individual sessions specifically tailored to their
specific individual and identifiable needs. These sessions are designed
to help the client move towards their goals and allows for sustaining and
maintaining changes in attitude, outlook and behaviour.
The process that is maintained is humanistic and allows for kindness,
generosity of spirit and the flow of non-judgemental interchange.
An Individual Session is as easy as a telephone call or an email.

Individual Sessions in the the Counselling Journey
The conversation in each session varies depending on what subject,
problem or material, the client brings to the session. All sessions follow a
variable pattern. The beginning of the session is a short check in and
determination of what the subject will be. The body of the session will be
an exploration of the determined subject and the end of the session will examine
what new information might have been presented and and what steps the
client might take to create a new outcome. The closing of the session
also offers the client and opportunity client to evaluate their progress
towards their desired outcome.
