he Awaken Studio - Yoga for Men
Over the almost ten years of the Awaken Studios life there has been a constant and focused attention on Men and their bodies. No only their physical body but the mental and emotional body. Although we have tried cloths on classes we have continuously found that the Men who attend the Awaken Studio would prefer to practice in the nude.
This begs a question that we often ask, "Why do you practice in the nude?" Everyone will have a different answer. From our perspective and experience the practice of yoga with the intention of developing a deeper understanding of ourselves and our bodies is better sought, without the armor and protection of clothing, and with the vulnerability and openness of a naked body.
Naked Yoga experience will focus on gentle and safe exploration through an asana or posture and alignment-based practice. The emphasis is on the asana (posture), breath and awakening the body to it's full potential. NEW Classes that explore the integration of the practice of YOGA start October 2019.
Please note that in these classes there is NO individual, shared or mutual touch. There are many touch events offered at the studio and this is not one of them. If you are interested in something that is more stimulating of erotic energy please contact Phillip for more information. email email@example.com
