Take a quiet time to simply meditate, be peaceful and quiet.
The space is well equipped, warm, and welcoming.
Introduce yourself to your own self-care.
Take a TIMEOUT just for you.
Tuesday is the perfect time just before "HUMP Day'
Give yourself Peace, Quiet, Calm, Serenity, Space.
Let your thoughts, stress and anxiety go for a few minutes.
This could be as good as a movement class, better than a massage and as freeing as the work we do in an active group.

- Take away your Calm and Grounded Self
Please note that this class has had 15 minutes added.
This extra 15 minutes from 6:15 to 6:30 is to allow for participants to arrive and get themselves settled into the space and find comfort for themselves.
We will be spending 45 minutes, from 6:30 to 7:15, in a very quiet practice.
The final 15 minutes are to come back and prepare for the remainder of your evening.
