Tuesdays from 8:00 to 9:00 pm book a Time for YOUR self.
Arrive by 7:50 to prepare and be ready for your personal quiet time.
60 minutes of time just for you.
Take a quiet time to simply meditate, be peaceful and quiet.
Harmonize your mind, your body and your life force.
There is nothing to bring to this class - other than your curiosity.
The space is well equipped, warm, and welcoming.
Introduce yourself to your own self-care.
Take a TIMEOUT just for you.
Tuesday is the perfect time just before "HUMP Day'
Give yourself Peace, Quiet, Calm, Serenity, Space.
Let your thoughts, stress and anxiety go for a few minutes.
This could be as good as a movement class, better than a massage and as freeing as the work we do in an active group.

- Take away your Calm and Grounded Self
Please arrive a little before 8 to be settled into your body, into your awareness and the space.
This is a very quiet practice and meant to offer you the opportunity to connect to yourself.
