Naked Yoga for Men with Kevin at the Awaken Studio
Join a group of whole hearted men
gathering to share a yoga practice while naked.
This yoga experience will focus on gentle and safe exploration through an alignment-based Hatha practice. All men are welcome.
The sessions will be held on Saturday mornings from 10-11:30 at
Awaken Studio (270 Carlaw Ave Unit 102).
This is a quiet, warm and private space to make discoveries and deepen our practice. There is a washroom onsite.
This is an open class and an experiment in community
Payment for these 6 classes is on a donation basis.
Suggestion of $10.00
If you can afford more your financial contribution would be greatly appreciated.
These classes are offered:
January 17, 24 and 31, February 7, 21, and 28
We will continue further if there is viable interest.
