All men are welcome to join in this class. We will explore through an embodied experiential process, participating in exercises that seek the educational information that can be a tool to create new behaviours and change unwanted habits.

Just as men train their bodies and develop themselves by going to a gym, just as men take in education in order to train and develop their minds, men can take an opportunity to give themselves experience to train and develop their psyche as they give and receive touch in an uplifting, nurturing and welcoming environment.
Gather together in this groundbreaking practice of men gathering together to touch, connect and find peace with one another.
This practice is open to all men and Awaken Studio welcomes all diversity.
All men are welcome.
There is no experience qualification, body shape or size restriction or age restriction.Free your MIND.

Join a monthly gathering of men to share giving and receiving full-bodied, touch.
Classes begin promptly at 7:00 pm
please arrive at least 15 minutes early
Classes will involve Nudity, Personal Touch and Mutual Touch
Touch will be explored individually, in pairs and in groups

Fees and Registration
7 days prior to the event
Complete your registration and payment one week prior to the event and pay the early registration fee of $50.00
Within 7 days of the event
Registration and payment within the seven days before the event and as a drop in is $65.00
The fee for sheets and towels is $5.00
