This Saturday afternoon class is an ideal place to a journey towards the discovery of erotic and sexual energies.
This breath and movement experience will focus on gentle and safe exploration through a guided practice of self discovery and personal growth exploration.There is no shared touch in this experience, this is a personal exploration.
All men are welcome.
The 75 minute sessions will be held on
Saturday afternoons from 12:00 to 1:15 pm
at the
Awaken Studio - 276 Carlaw Ave, Upstairs Unit 217B.
This is a quiet, warm and private space to make discoveries and deepen our practice. There is a washroom onsite.
This Saturday afternoon experience is offered through the year from
September 2018 to July 2019.
These classes are in conjunction with Yoga and Dynamic Meditation classes.

Drop in participants are always welcome.
The fee is $30.00 - cash only at the door.
Subscribed Members are encouraged to register and pay on line prior to the class. With: membership and on line registration and prepayment, the fee is $25.00.
