Classes Temporarily Paused
Pausing from September to December.
Returning in January 2027 with Open Class Availability
The NEW schedule will be up by the beginning of October
Sometimes the most loving choice is also the hardest one to make.
With a full heart, I am sharing that all classes scheduled from September through December are being cancelled.
NEW Classes will return in January with a full schedule, and renewed energy.
This pause is not a goodbye. It is a sacred breath.
Turning 70 is a powerful threshold. It is tender, humbling, and full of reflection. There is grief in slowing down, especially when the work is loved so deeply. There is also gratitude. What a gift it is to arrive here, to still serve, to still listen, to still feel called, and to still be held by the power of spirited love.
While group classes are paused, my schedule remains open for individual clients between now and January.

Why classes are paused for the fall season
Cancelling classes is never easy. Classes carry their own kind of joy. They bring people together in shared learning, reflection, healing, and spiritual attention. Each group has its own rhythm. Each gathering has moments that cannot be planned, only received.
That is part of what makes this decision so emotional.
From September to December, the class calendar will pause so there is room for rest, recalibration, and personal transition. Moving into a new decade of life asks for honesty. The body, spirit, and heart all speak in their own ways.
Listening to them is part of the work.
This pause allows space to honour that message rather than push through it.
It also gives room to prepare for January with care. A full class schedule deserves full presence. It deserves clarity, energy, and devotion. Rather than offering classes from a place of strain, the choice has been made to return when the new time feels aligned.
That return is already something to look forward to.
January will bring a full schedule again
Classes will reopen in January with a full schedule. The new year will bring a fresh beginning, while still carrying the wisdom of all that came before.
There is something meaningful about returning in January. The season naturally invites reflection. Many people begin the year with questions about direction, healing, spiritual growth, and inner steadiness. A full class schedule at that time can meet that energy in a grounded way.
The intention is not simply to resume. The intention is to return with presence.
This means classes in January will come back with the same care, the same spiritual attention, and the same devotion to spirited support that has guided this work all along. The pause from September to December is part of that renewal.
This journal is more than a scheduling notice. It is an honest moment of transition, offered with love and respect for everyone who planned to attend.

Individual sessions are available during the pause
Although group classes will not run from September through December, individual client availability remains open during this time.
For anyone who has been hoping for personal support, this fall may be a good time to book a one-on-one session. Individual work allows for a different kind of attention. Instead of following the rhythm of a class, the session can focus on what is present for one person in that moment.
Individual Sessions might address:
A need for guidance
A desire for personal growth
An urge to let go and be free
An opening to erotic engagement
A desire for comfort and pleasure
A personal question that feels ready to be explored
A season of openness to feeling and change
A wish to reconnect with personal support in a direct way
One-on-one sessions can feel quieter and more personal than group work. Individual Sessions offer space to speak, receive, reflect, and settle. For some, that is exactly what is needed while waiting for classes to begin again in January.
There is no pressure to fill the pause with activity. The invitation is simple. If individual support feels right between now and the new year, the schedule is open.
Turning 70 brings both challenge and grace
There is no need to pretend that turning 70 is simple or easy.
Turning 70 can bring joy, perspective, and deep gratitude. It can also bring fatigue, vulnerability, and the awareness that life keeps changing over and over and over again.
A teacher once said that personal reinvention is a gift. I am taking advantage of this gift.
Some days feel like celebration. Other days ask for gentleness. Both are true.
To reach this age while still doing meaningful, pleasurable and spiritual work is a gift. It is also a responsibility. The work asks for honesty.
If the mind needs to slow and adapt, this must be honoured.
If the body asks for rest, this must be honoured.
If the heart is overwhelmed and bursting, this must be honoured.
If the spirit asks for quiet, , this must be honoured.
Aging can be difficult, but it can also clarify what matters most.
At 70, there is less interest in forcing what does not fit. There is more reverence for timing. There is more trust in the unseen help that carries us when plans change. There is more willingness to say, “I need to pause,” and to believe that love remains present inside that pause.
The power of spirited guidance has always been part of this path. It remains part of this moment as well. Spirit is often felt most clearly in times of transition, when familiar plans shift and the next step has not fully appeared. Spirit's presence reminds us that rest can be sacred. Change can be guided. A slower season can still be filled with light.

What this means for anyone already planning to attend
If you were planning to join a class between September and December, please know that the cancellation comes with sincere sadness. Your interest, time, and trust are deeply appreciated.
Plans change, but the care behind the work has never changed.
The best next step for joining a group is to look toward January for the return of classes. As the new schedule becomes available, there will be more opportunity to choose the gatherings that feel right for you. The full class schedule will be available by October 1, 2026. Until January of 2027, individual sessions remain the available option for support.
This pause may even serve the work in a deeper way. A teacher who rests can return with more clarity. A class that waits can begin with more intention. A community that pauses together can come back with renewed appreciation for the space they share.
Not every delay is a loss. Sometimes it is preparation for what is new.

Looking ahead with gratitude
The months from September to December will be a quieter season without classes, but not an empty one. They will hold rest, reflection, rejuvenation, individual client work, and my preparation for what comes next.
January will bring the return of a full class schedule. Until then, the door remains open for individual sessions.
Thank you for understanding this pause.
Thank you for honouring the human side of spirited and engaged work.
Thank you for allowing space for my 70th year to be met with honesty, tenderness, and gratitude.
This season is a reminder that guidance does not disappear when plans change. Sometimes guidance is the change itself.
